The largest festival ever to take place in the Cayman Islands, the inaugural KAABOO Cayman event was a sell-out this past weekend as ten thousand people came to enjoy music, art, comedy, food and indulgences.
Headliners such as The Chainsmokers, Duran Duran, Bryan Adams and Zedd entertained the crowds, many of whom were visiting Cayman for the first time, with a winning combination of hit songs and pyrotechnic displays.
The festival’s unique setting on Dart property north of Kimpton Seafire Resort + Spa on Seven Mile Beach provided front row seats to Caribbean sunsets each night, while the party continued into the small hours dancing under the stars at BASK nightclub.
More than two years’ in the planning, KAABOO Cayman was produced in partnership between Dart and KAABOO as a way to offer an upscale festival experience on Grand Cayman and promote the Cayman Islands. Having gained rave reviews in the media and from festivalgoers themselves, KAABOO is sure to be back in Cayman in 2020. Stay tuned for more details.
