I want my future career to be more about the achievements of well-managed collaboration and creativity. Cayman faces a lot of problems technologically and socially, but the solutions that can resolve both are what will propel the country into the future.

During his summers, Daniel was a well-known face in the Dart offices as he interned in IT, Active Capital, innovation and asset management. One of the projects he is most proud of is when, as a Work-X student, he worked on the Polyn app; it sparked his interest in prototype development and gave him the ability to apply his knowledge of building apps.
Daniel dreams of starting his own business in software development, product management or analytics to serve Cayman’s budding tech industry. He hopes to be in a position where he can motivate development teams to create solutions to complex issues and drive innovation.
Cristin would like to work for the United Nations one day. While she’s not sure yet in what capacity, she wants a part of her career to be dedicated to helping others.
