To succeed, you must be disciplined.
Cristin's highlights
Cristin’s interest in mental health issues in the Cayman Islands led her to create the Youth Ambassadors Programme in partnership with the Alex Panton Foundation. During the pandemic, Cristin and the Youth Ambassadors met with the Governor to discuss the impact of lockdowns on young people. She also led a team to speak to Caucus about the challenges young people face, from mental health to environment, education and the economic state of the country. Cristin has interned at the Cayman Compass and with Dart’s People & Culture team where she was given the opportunity to analyse data and present to executive leadership.
Cristin would like to work for the United Nations one day. While she’s not sure yet in what capacity, she wants a part of her career to be dedicated to helping others.
