Minds InspiredMinds Inspired is our collection of education and community initiatives we created to galvanise Cayman's youngest and brightest. With a focus on science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM), Minds Inspired energises Cayman's young people to develop the skills needed to become future leaders and innovators.

Scholarships
Dart Scholar
The Dart Scholarship offers young Caymanians a life-changing experience. We offer financial support to both high school and university students and on-the-job experience in the real world of business.
The high school scholarship has awarded two four-year scholarships based on academic excellence, focusing on maths and science since 2012.
In 2013, the Memorial Scholarship was set up in memory of our founder, William A. Dart. The award is given to a student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at an accredited overseas institution and, subject to academic performance, renews annually for up to four years.
Both scholarships include bespoke mentoring opportunities designed to encourage, support and inspire students to achieve their full potential.
WORK EXPERIENCE
Work-X
Work-X is our hugely successful work experience programme. Bridging the gap between school and work, we offer meaningful, real-life work experience in teams and businesses across the Dart group.
